Associate Broker: Kathleen Turner
Kathleen Turner started her real estate career as a sales agent in 1973 in Worland, Wyoming, and received her brokers license in 1975. She became a partner with a real estate company in Worland, Wyoming, from 1975 through 1978. Kathleen moved to California in 1978 and received her California real estate license. She sold residential property for two years, and then entered into high-rise office building property management, which she continued to do from 1980 to 2000. In 2000 she moved to Evergreen, Colorado, and consulted in high-rise office building management from 2000 to 2002.

In 2002 Kathleen moved back to Ten Sleep, Wyoming, where she grew up. She received her Wyoming trainee's license in real estate appraisal in 2003, and trained with two appraisal companies before deciding to get her Wyoming brokers license back. She opened her own real estate company in Ten Sleep, Wyoming, in 2007 She also holds a Colorado brokers license.

She holds her GRI (Graduate Realtors' Institute), served as President of Wyoming Tri-County Board of Realtors, and as a director of State Realtors' Board of Education in Wyoming under the National Association of Realtors in 1976, 1977 and 1978.

In California she served on committees for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in San Francisco for five years. She spent four years completing the education to become a CPM (Certified Property Manager).
